Access Community Housing Inc., in conjunction with Los Angeles World Airports, has relocated numerous single family homes from Manchester Square. The result has shaped several delightful and affordable dwellings throughout the Los Angeles area. We also worked on several projects involving the relocation of apartment buildings.

When Hawthorne Unified School District decided to expand one of its campuses, they wanted to preserve those homes that were scheduled for demoiltion. Access Community Housing partnered with the school district to move several of the homes to new locations. Those homes now function as affordable housing for low income families in nearby Lennox.
